VILLA MARZANABAD

The site project is located in Mazandaran with a moderate and humid climatic situation. This Project focuses on the main environmental factors of the site. The form of the building encounters the intense climatic precipitation conditions of the state.

Based on the needs of the employer, the design process segmented into two different parts. The first design part was the main building and the landscape design was postponed to the second part of the construction. One consideration of the project was that the total costs of the execution were limited and should become a responsive economical project.
